Oggetto record (versione ADO 2.5)
L'oggetto ADO Record viene utilizzato per contenere una riga in un Recordset, una directory o un file da un file system.
Solo i database strutturati potevano essere accessibili da ADO nelle versioni precedenti alla 2.5. In un database strutturato, ogni tabella ha esattamente lo stesso numero di colonne in ogni riga e ogni colonna è composta dallo stesso tipo di dati.
L'oggetto Record consente di accedere a set di dati in cui il numero di colonne e/o il tipo di dati possono essere diversi da riga a riga.
