Definizione e utilizzo
L'elemento <xsl:output> definisce il formato del documento di output.
Nota : <xsl:output> è un elemento di primo livello e deve apparire come nodo figlio di <xsl:stylesheet> o <xsl:transform>.

Attributi

declaration should occur in the output. "no" specifies that a
standalone declaration should not occur in the output. The default is "no"

L'output in questo esempio sarà un documento XML, versione 1.0. La codifica dei caratteri è impostata su "UTF-8" e l'output sarà indentato per la leggibilità:
